Michelle Sile is a manager in Insero’s Audit and Business Advisory Services Group and has been with Insero since 2018. She has experience assisting with Sarbanes-Oxley internal control testing for publicly held corporations including GateHouse Media, The Compass Group, and Genesee & Wyoming, Inc. She has experience assisting with audits of employee benefit plans for colleges and universities, as well as large multi-national corporations. Her employee benefit plan experience includes defined contribution and defined benefit plans. She also has experience assisting with financial statement audits for a variety of businesses within the wholesale/distribution, real estate, and service sectors. In addition, Michelle has experience with financial reporting for large corporations including quarterly and annual filings 10-Q and 10-K.
