Community Outreach
We take pride in giving back to the communities in which we work, live, and play. That’s why we established the Insero Outreach Committee. All of our employees are supported and encouraged to take part in community service, whether it be through a monetary donation on behalf of our firm, participating as a member of a professional organization, serving on a board or committee, or volunteering their time to the cause, Insero is dedicated to making a difference.

Our team spent a meaningful afternoon wrapping holiday gifts with Full Circle Home, a nonprofit that helps deployed service members stay connected with their loved ones. Some of the greatest sacrifices go unseen—the families of our deployed service members feel their absence during moments when others are gathered together. At Full Circle Home, that distance is bridged by sending gifts home along with heartfelt notes from those deployed afar. We’re grateful for the opportunity to support our troops and their families in such a special way. 🎁💌

Our team enjoyed participating in The Highest Standard 5K! This annual event motivates our team to run, walk, or stay active while supporting important organizations in our community. Participants could choose causes to donate to, and this year we proudly supported:

We closed out our 2025 Spring internships with a meaningful volunteer day at House of Mercy! Giving back to the communities where we live and work is a core part of who we are. Our interns rolled up their sleeves to help sort and inspect donations, supporting House of Mercy’s efforts to serve those in need.

Our #CharityOfTheMonth for April is the National Multiple Sclerosis Society! Their mission is no one has to face MS alone. The new Walk MS experience is an opportunity for people with MS to be surrounded by their friends, family, and loved ones – a meaningful expression of the support system that’s critical every day of their MS journey.

Watch to learn more about The Highest Standard 5K! This annual event is an opportunity for our employees and their families to run, walk, move, and make a difference! Team members participate on their own or in small groups and winners (both for time and participation) chose nonprofit organizations to receive donations from the firm.
