Nancy Catarisano, CPA, is the CEO of Insero Advisors, LLC and the founder of the firm’s Outsourced Accounting Services Group. With more than 35 years of experience, she provides strategic financial leadership and business advisory services to privately held companies across a wide range of industries.

Nancy specializes in outsourced CFO services, business consulting, financing, mergers and acquisitions, cash flow management, and profit enhancement strategies. Since 1990, she has partnered with business owners and leadership teams to provide services ranging from accounting transaction processing and cash management to strategic planning, debt and equity financing, and business acquisitions and sales. Her approach combines financial expertise with practical business insight, helping organizations navigate challenges, capitalize on opportunities, and achieve long-term growth.
