Christopher Conkey

Chris Conkey is a Principal in Insero’s Strategic Advisory Services practice, where he leads client engagements, business development, and study execution. He brings nearly a decade of experience delivering market due diligence and strategic research engagements for private equity firms, strategic acquirers, and business leaders across industries including aerospace and defense, consumer products, healthcare, food and food service, manufacturing, energy, and industrial services.

Prior to joining Insero, Chris served as a Principal at Actel Advisory Group. Before entering consulting, Chris was Director of Policy Research and Public Affairs at the National Council of Nonprofits, where he led nationally recognized research on policies impacting nonprofit organizations. Earlier in his career, he spent 10 years as a reporter for The Wall Street Journal, covering economics, personal finance, technology, transportation, consumer protection, and public policy from the Washington bureau.

Chris combines deep research expertise with commercial insight to help clients make informed business decisions.
