David Evans, CPA, is a Partner and 1040 Practice Leader in Insero’s Tax Department. He specializes in individual and corporate taxation, with extensive experience serving expatriates, foreign nationals, and high-net-worth individuals.

With more than 17 years of experience in income tax compliance and consulting, David helps clients navigate complex domestic and international tax matters. Prior to joining Insero, he served as a Senior Manager at Deloitte, where he advised multinational organizations on global mobility programs and cross-border tax issues. His expertise also includes representing clients before the IRS and providing guidance on sophisticated tax planning and compliance matters.

David has worked with clients across a variety of industries, including manufacturing, life sciences, and financial services. He is known for his strong technical tax knowledge and his ability to help clients address complex tax challenges with practical, tailored solutions.
