Vincent Leo, CPA, is a Partner in Insero’s Audit and Business Advisory Services Group with more than 35 years of experience serving public and private companies. Since joining Insero in 2002 from Arthur Andersen, where he was a Partner in the Rochester office, Vince has advised organizations on a wide range of accounting, auditing, and business advisory matters.

Vince specializes in accounting and auditing services, SEC reporting, enterprise risk management consulting, and employee benefit plans. He has extensive experience assisting clients with technical accounting matters, private placements, public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and other complex business transactions. His background includes working with some of the region’s largest organizations, helping them navigate financial reporting requirements and strategic business decisions.
