Anthony Mangiameli, CPA, is a Partner in Insero’s Audit and Business Advisory Services Group with more than 17 years of public accounting experience. He provides audit, accounting, and business advisory services to privately held and private equity-owned companies, helping clients navigate complex financial and operational challenges.

Anthony specializes in mergers and acquisitions, business advisory services, consulting, and financial reporting. He is a trusted advisor to clients on matters involving budgets, operations, compliance, and strategic growth initiatives. As one of the firm’s subject matter experts on business combinations under ASC 805, he regularly advises organizations on acquisition-related accounting and reporting requirements.
