Paul Mazurek

Paul Mazurek is a Director in Insero’s Strategic Advisory Services practice, where he is responsible for business development, client engagement, and strategic advisory execution. He works closely with private equity firms, strategic acquirers, and business leaders to help identify opportunities and support informed decision-making.

Prior to joining Insero, Paul served as a Vice President at Actel Advisory Group. Previously, he worked in private equity, serving as a deal team member and investor focused on middle-market companies. Throughout his investment career, he evaluated and supported transactions across a variety of sectors, including industrial manufacturing, food and consumer products, business services, aerospace and defense, and building products. Paul began his career in the Industrials Investment Banking Group at J.P. Morgan, where he advised clients on mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and other strategic transactions.

Drawing on experience across investment banking, private equity, and strategic advisory services, Paul helps clients evaluate opportunities, navigate complex transactions, and drive long-term value creation.
