Timothy McLaughlin is a Partner in Insero’s Audit and Business Advisory Services Group with more than 30 years of public accounting experience. As a longtime leader of the firm’s audit practice, he has guided clients through complex accounting, auditing, and business challenges while helping organizations strengthen financial performance and achieve strategic objectives. Tim also serves on Insero’s Executive Management Committee and acts as the firm’s Quality Control, Auditing, and Accounting Director.

His expertise includes audit and assurance services, accounting consulting, mergers and acquisitions, litigation support, and business advisory services. Tim is a lead engagement partner for a diverse portfolio of clients and serves as a technical resource to both Insero professionals and client leadership teams on complex accounting and auditing matters.

Tim works with organizations across the manufacturing, real estate, service, and high-tech sectors. Known for his deep technical knowledge and practical business perspective, he helps clients navigate change, manage risk, and make informed decisions that support long-term growth and success.
