Ann Montgomery is a Partner in Insero’s Technical Accounting Services Group with more than 20 years of experience spanning both public accounting and industry. She works with organizations to navigate complex accounting and financial reporting matters, helping leadership teams address technical challenges while supporting their broader business objectives.
Ann’s expertise includes technical accounting research and implementation, lease accounting, stock-based compensation, acquisition due diligence and purchase accounting, bank financing, treasury functions, and financial projections and modeling. She has guided companies through the adoption of complex GAAP pronouncements, mergers and acquisitions, bank negotiations, and equity compensation plan conversions.
