Ann Montgomery, CPA

Ann Montgomery leads the firm’s Audit and Advisory practice and is a Partner in Insero’s Transaction Advisory Services group, with more than 25 years of experience spanning public accounting and industry. She advises clients throughout the transaction lifecycle, helping organizations navigate acquisitions from due diligence and financing through post-close integration. Over the course of her career, Ann has led financial workstreams for more than 70 acquisitions, partnering with leadership teams to maximize transaction value and support successful outcomes.

Ann brings deep technical accounting expertise, including the implementation of complex GAAP standards related to purchase accounting, debt modifications, equity financing, and lease accounting under ASC 842. She has guided both private and public companies through a wide range of accounting matters, from routine compliance to highly complex transactions.

Known for combining technical precision with practical business insight, Ann helps clients strengthen financial reporting, improve operational performance, enhance internal controls, and position their organizations for long-term success.
