Megan Nolan is a Director, Operations in Insero’s Strategic Advisory Services practice, where she supports operational initiatives and helps drive the effectiveness and scalability of the team’s business processes. She works closely with leadership to enhance internal operations, support strategic priorities, and foster collaboration across the practice.

Prior to joining Insero, Megan served as Vice President, Operations at Actel Advisory Group. Before that, she worked as a business process analyst in the health insurance industry, specializing in process improvement, project management, and change management initiatives.

Megan brings a strong operational mindset and a collaborative approach to supporting organizational effectiveness and continuous improvement.
