David Mandrycky, SPHR, is Insero’s Chief People Officer and a Partner with Insero Talent Solutions. He leads the firm’s human resources and administrative functions and has been instrumental in advancing Insero’s award-winning workplace culture and Best Places to Work initiatives.

David oversees a wide range of human resources functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, organizational development, training, and retention programs. He serves as a trusted advisor and coach to leaders and team members across the organization, providing guidance on employee development, career planning, internal communications, and workplace policies.

Through Insero Talent Solutions, David also provides recruiting and HR consulting services to local and national organizations. He specializes in identifying and placing talent across accounting, finance, human resources, information technology, and engineering roles, helping organizations attract, retain, and develop high-performing teams.
