The first part assesses each company’s workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems, and demographics, accounting for 25% of the total score. The second part consists of an employee survey measuring the employee experience firsthand, making up the remaining 75%. Best Companies Group manages the survey process and analyzes the data to determine the final rankings.
