Pat Dinolfo leads Insero’s Strategic Advisory Services practice, overseeing client engagement, business development, and strategic direction for the team. With more than 17 years of experience advising private equity firms, strategic acquirers, and business leaders, Pat is known for helping clients navigate critical investment, growth, and transaction decisions through actionable market intelligence and strategic insight.

Prior to joining Insero, Pat served as Managing Director of Actel Advisory Group, where he led the firm’s growth and operations while building a reputation for delivering high-impact market due diligence and strategic advisory services. Under his leadership, Actel became a trusted advisor to private equity firms and corporate clients across a broad range of industries, including aerospace and defense, consumer products, healthcare, food and foodservice, manufacturing, energy, and industrial markets.

Earlier in his career, Pat was an Associate at Houlihan Lokey, providing transaction advisory services to clients in the consumer, food, and retail sectors. He advised companies on strategic transactions across a variety of industries, including household products, electronics, personal care, restaurants, and furniture.

Pat combines deep market intelligence expertise with a practical understanding of transactions, growth strategy, and value creation, helping clients move forward with clarity and confidence.
