Tracy advises individuals and multinational organizations, including high-net-worth clients, with significant experience in the financial services industry. She provides strategic guidance on complex cross-border tax matters and evolving compliance requirements.

Prior to joining Insero, Tracy spent more than two decades with a Big Four accounting firm. She pairs deep technical expertise with an approachable, hands-on style, translating complex tax considerations into clear, actionable guidance.
