Insero was recently named a Best Company to Work For in New York for 2025 in the Medium Companies category by the New York State Society for Human Resource Management (NY-SHRM) and Best Companies Group.
This survey and awards program is designed to identify, recognize and honor the best employers in New York state, benefiting its economy, workforce and businesses. Winners will be announced on April 10, 2025 at a celebration in Albany, NY.

Companies from across the state entered the two-part survey process. The first part evaluated each company’s workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems, and demographics. This part of the process was worth 25% of the total evaluation. The second part consisted of an employee survey to measure the employee experience. This part of the process was worth 75% of the total evaluation. Best Companies Group managed the survey process in New York and also analyzed the data and used their expertise to determine the final rankings.
