2024 Partner and Principal Announcement

CPAs, LLP is pleased to announce that Ann Montgomery, CPA has been admitted as a partner in the firm in the Audit Department and that Julie Biehn, CPA and Teresa Mangano, CPA have been admitted as partners in the firm, and Kristen Conrow-Goshen, CPA has been promoted to principal in the firm in the Tax Department effective January 1, 2024.

Ann Montgomery is a member of the firm’s Audit Department and specializes in technical accounting, lease accounting, acquisitions, bank financing, financial projections and more. She resides in Webster, NY and is a graduate of St. John Fisher College.

Julie Biehn is a member of the firm’s Tax Department and specializes in taxation for individuals, privately-held businesses, and U.S. taxation of expatriates and foreign individuals. She resides in Rochester, NY and is a graduate of St. Bonaventure University.

Teresa Mangano is a member of the firm’s Tax Department who specializes in tax planning and consulting, tax research, research and development (R&D) credits, and tax minimization. Teresa resides in Webster, NY and is a graduate of the State University of New York, College at Geneseo.

Kristen Conrow-Goshen is a member of the firm’s Tax Department who specializes in corporate taxation, tax preparation and planning, and cash flow management. Kristen resides in Webster, NY and is a graduate of the State University of New York, College at Geneseo and the Rochester Institute of Technology.
